
I love starchy foods - chips…popcorn…crackers…etc. - much more than sweets. I’m always trying to find healthier “snacky” stuff, and I happened upon these crackers. They are yummy and kinda different…and they’re not as fattening as MANY other choices {
very little fat actually}. I had a handful for a little snack this afternoon and thought I’d share my find with all of you. You should definitely try ‘em out…

yes all those kashi crackers and cereals are good! not as good as the "good stuff" but a good alternative! have you tried their cereals for snack? good!
