365:Day 128 ~ This...

…is my husband’s newest addition to his weekly menu.

Tuna Salad.

He decided to give it a go because it’s high in protein and low in cholesterol. For the past few weeks, he’s been trying to find the perfect recipe. He made it again tonight so he could take it for lunch tomorrow.

Have I mentioned that I loath all things fishy? I mean ew. Gross. Ick. It stinks. And looks disgusting. YUK!

Buuuut being the charming wife that I am … I will continue to support his quest to find the perfect tuna salad recipe. I just won’t partake. Or inhale deeply when he making it!

Anyone have a fantastic tuna salad recipe you’d like to share?

I'm laughing so hard... I had no idea YOU hated all-things-fish as much as I do! I won't even go into a seafood restaurant with my poor fish-loving hubby!

No help on the tuna salad recipe... we have tons of tuna for Jeff... but I stay FAR, far away!

Well...you eat chicken salad, but not tuna salad... They seem pretty close to me. Did you try your hubby's famous tuna salad yet? Just a little nibble, you might like it! :)

It is pretty smelly, though! I have to agree there!!

I am so not a seafood fan but I love tunasalad! My grandma used to make it for me when I was little and I just make it the way she did - I don't have any measurements because I just add things until it tastes "right". I use tuna (obviously!), mayo (miracle whip), chopped celery, chopped onion and dill pickle relish. Yummy!

this is funny...only because i can see bill trying to find the right recipe and i can see you staying as far away as possible.

i hope b.leonard finds his great recipe....sorry i am not much of a help!
