So. We were trucking along tonight ... just focusing on getting homework done. When suddenly at 7:38pm {20 MINUTES BEFORE BED and literally about to start reading bedtime stories} I remember that it's bath night! Wha?
I don't know how I managed it, but somehow I totally forgot that it's bath night! We even discussed it after school ... and then it apparently left my brain! I threw Macy in the tub at mock-speed, gave her the fastest bath in history, and somehow managed to have Carly in bed by 8:10pm and Macy by 8:20pm {because I had to blow dry}! And I'll just have to bathe Carly in the morning!
Oh Mommy Brain ... I'm sure it won't be long before we meet again! :)

well that stinks and is just a little bit on the funny side, but I am totally impressed with your mock speediness to get it done and in bed and thank goodness you can bathe Carly in the morning!
Oh, I feel ya on this one! Sometimes squeezing in a bath takes a back seat to allll the other things we've got going on!

Man we had speed showers the other night! Had cookies in the oven...
In the shower with two boys, washed hair, legs, arms...you know the rest...and out, dried off and dressed in under 8 minutes!
Back downstairs in time to get the cookies out!
