Well our fridge and cupboards were bare since we were outta town, so a trip to Target was seriously in order this morning! We were in the baking aisle {getting muffin mix for breakfast tomorrow morning} and I decided to check out the brownies. My friend, Jill, had told me awhile back that one of the Ghiradelli brownie mixes didn't have any dairy in it. Unfortunately, Target didn't carry it. BUT, all was not lost. I looked at every single brownie mix on the shelf ... and low and behold Dunkan Hines came through for our sweet Bixie Loo! This was the only mix on the shelf that was dairy-free!!! My mom recently made Carly some brownies that were dairy, nut, and gluten free, and Carly finally decided that she does in fact like chocolate! She gobbled those brownies up! So we are going to give these a shot too {Dunkan Hines is cheaper than the other brand}, and see how they go over! I'll keep you posted!
